This Baked Chicken is covered with savory flavors
5 Chicken Leg Quarters (leg and thigh still attached together)
5 tsp. Bacon Grease
1 Tbsp Coarse Salt
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
What to do:
Combine all dry spices and mix thoroughly.
Rub each piece of chicken with 1 tsp bacon grease and season liberally using all the spice mixture.
Bake in oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
