Hot Wings

The Ingredients:

2 lbs. Frozen Chicken Party Wings (1st & 2nd sections)

4 Tbsp. Salted Butter

6 Tbsp. Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

What to Do:

Deep fry chicken wings in 2 batches at 360 degrees for 15-20 minutes each batch and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Melt butter over med heat until smooth, add Frank’s sauce and stir well.

Pour sauce over wings and toss or stir well to coat wings evenly.

Excellent served with celery and Bleu Cheese Dressing on the side.

Makes 2-4 servings

    I was just curious if there was a different type of NON-bbq sauce you’d suggest with these. I don’t like bbq, and franks is a bit too hot for me.

    I really like the Parmesan Garlic sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings (just to give you an idea of my tastes).

    1. I am not a spicy food fan if it’s raging hot either, thats why I use the Franks buffalo wing sauce, milder than the original Franks and cut that with even more butter. If you dip them in blue cheese or ranch, milds it down even more.


  2. This is fan-friggin-tastic if you use leg-quarters (or whatever) and bake them in it, too…Just baste your chicken every little bit so it coats really well
